FOUNDER

Alison is a global strategist with 20+ years designing events and convenings. She has worked with world leaders, former presidents, mayors and founders of companies such as Airbnb, LinkedIn and Vittoria Coffee, alongside high-net-worth individuals and philanthropists.

As Chief Strategy & Partnerships Officer at Caspian Agency, she has led initiatives for the Skoll, Rockefeller, Ford, and Doris Duke Foundations. She also curates The Impact Lounge at the United Nations, Sundance, Cannes, and SXSW – bringing changemakers and filmmakers together through storytelling.

She has led teams and built scalable processes across nearly every format from retreats to trade shows to city-wide forums. Alison is known for turning bold ideas into purposeful experiences that create lasting impact.

BIANCA GOODFELLOW

SALES & EVENT LEAD

Bianca has nearly 15 years of experience in sales and leadership with brands such as Coca-Cola, Tempus Two and McGuigan Wines. At Viva Leisure, Australia’s largest ASX-listed fitness company, she developed deep expertise in scaling businesses for long-term success.

Today, she supports business owners with strategy, operations and sales while delivering memorable events. She also manages Sales and Partnerships at The Impact Lounge, focusing on global partnerships at UNGA, Climate Week, Sundance, Cannes and SXSW.

Having navigated industries from FMCG to fitness to global convenings, Bianca brings a practical, results-driven approach. She is known for blending commercial acumen with a people first mindset, ensuring every partnership and event delivers lasting value.

SHAUN COOPER

BRAND & MARKETING LEAD

Over the past decade Shaun has built, owned and operated businesses in both the product and service sectors. He has created brands, products and services – marketing, selling and optimising within each of them – gaining experiential knowledge of various business stages, cycles and functions.

Prior to that he amassed a decade of corporate experience in a leading Australian FMCG company owning multiple #1 brands. He was part of building and growing these brands through Marketing, Management and Sales, along with the delivery of a variety of Special Projects for the business, growing their bottom line.

Shaun is known for calling on his extensive operational experience to audit businesses, build brands and improve operations through better plans, processes, marketing and sales activity – elevating businesses to their next level and enabling them to achieve their most critical goals.
